Pinot Noir, Saveria Vineyard
2007
We have been making Pinot from Saveria Vineyard since 2004, and every year has been a Gold Medal Winner. This year is no exception. Flavors of brambly raspberry, apricot preserves, and green figs mix with aromas of strawberries and pine forest floor. A sweet young thing that walks the line between “solid” and “ethereal.”
